连续镀锌过程中有效铝含量的计算及其应用软件的设计 被引量:4

摘要 在Fe Zn Al三元体系热力学分析的基础上 ,运用亚点阵模型 ,提出了计算Fe Zn Al三元系富锌端铁溶解度曲线的公式 ,用Matlab编制了有效铝计算软件CAC(CalculateAluminumContent) ,把热力学分析应用于计算锌池中的有效铝含量。该软件通过输入化学分析所得的总铝、总铁量和锌池的工作温度这 3个参数 。 A model of calculating the effective aluminum content in zinc bath was proposed by using Sublattice Model on the basis of thermodynamic analysis.Moreover,a practical program was made using the Matlab language,thus the thermodynamic analysis was applied to the calculation of aluminum content in the zinc bath.When the three parameters including the total aluminum content and the total iron content,which are all from chemical analysis,and the working temperature of the zinc bath are input in this program,the effective aluminum content and the zinc dross species and their percentage will be displayed on the user interface.
