汽车离合器从动盘的C-N-B多元共渗

C-N-B Multi-elements Co-diffusion Treatment for Vehicle Clutch Spider

摘要 为保证表面硬度及平面度等技术要求 ,对 0 8F钢板冲压成型的从动盘进行了 (80 0~ 82 0 )℃× 90min的C N B多元气体共渗试验。结果表明渗层达 0 2 5mm ,直接淬火硬度达 70 0~ 84 0HV5 ,其渗层深度高于C N共渗层 ,同时大幅度降低了淬火畸变量 。 C-N-B multi-elements co-diffusion treatment was carried out on the clutch spider pressing formed with 08F steel plate in order to make the surface hardness and planeness of the clutch spider meet the technical requirement.The test results show that after C-N-B co-diffusion treatment at 800~820℃ for 90min,the case depth is 0.25mm,the hardness after direct quenching can reach 700~840HV5 higher than that of the carbonitrided case,the quenching distortion can reduce in great extent, and the technical requirement is satisfied.
