锌合金模具材料组织结构及强化相的分析

摘要 用电子显微镜、X-射线能谱仪分析了ZMB合金的组织结构及合金中主要强化相ε-CuZn3的结构。结果表明,该合金的显微组织为η-基体上分布有β-初生相,α-Al相,二元共晶β+η相,β+ε相,三元共晶η+β+ε相;其主要强化相ε-CuZn3相为六角密排结构,呈细小弥散分布在基体η相上,这种多相结构和弥散分布的强化相大大提高了材料的综合性能。 The microstructure and strengthening ε - CuZn3 phase of the ZMB Zn - Al - Cu alloy were studied by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and spectroscopy. It is showed that the microstructures areη- matrix withβ- primary phase,α- Al phase, binary eutectic β+ηphase and β+εphase with ternary eutecticη+β + εphase. The main strengthening phase isε- CuZn3 phase, which has hexagonal close - packed structure and is a fine, random dispersion phase in theη-phase of the matrix. Theε- CuZn3 phase improves the general properties of the alloy.
