摘要
通过对SKD61钢热作模具的化学成分、宏观形貌及显微组织的检测,分析了模具磨损及开裂造成早期失效 的原因。结果表明,钢中的一些合金元素低于标准值的下限成分,且模具中存在着带状组织和混晶组织,是造成模 具早期失效的主要原因。
SKD61 steel die appeared serious erode abrasion imprint in operation. Analysis was carried on its formation reason by method of macro - and micro - examination . The results showed that unqualified chemical component, banded strueture and uneven grain were the main reasons leading to early failure of steel die.
