摘要
本文基于曲面拟合构造了装置效率、叶片角度与装置扬程和流量的连续函数关系,可以迅速准确地确定某一装置扬程和流量所对应的装置效率等参数。由于不需要反复插值计算,可以大大提高寻优计算的速度和精度。进而本文利用动态规划建立了泵站优化调度模型,可用于考虑时间因素、具有多种型号泵且能调角或调速运行的泵站优化调度。为了检验本方法,特对某泵站进行了优化调度。结果表明,优化后的方案比现有运行方案要节省大量电费。
The continuum functional relationships among system efficiency, blade angle, static head and flow rate of pumps are established based on the performance curve surface fitting method. According to these functional relationships the pumping station efficiency and other parameters under certain static head and flow rate can be determined quickly and accurately. Since no interpolation is needed, it accelerates the calculation for seeking optimized operation scheme and improves the calculation precision. Furthermore, the optimized dispatch scheme of the pumping station is obtained by adopting the dynamic planning method. This method is suitable to the pumping stations having various types of pumps with adjustable blade angle and rotational speed. An example of application is given. The result shows that the optimized operation scheme not only save a lot of electric power but also accelerate the calculation speed.
