重点介绍了应急生保试验舱副舱内胆体的焊接、成形与检漏以及焊接材料、焊接方法的选择,焊接工艺规范和焊接工艺参数。采取循环水冷却提高熔池的冷却强度,加快散热速度,防止产生热裂纹的倾向。采用刚性固定防止工件焊接整体变形。通过对内胆体成形原理的分析,利用干燥的型砂填充中空的流体通道卷制成形等工艺措施。配置辅助真空抽气系统,对较长的流体通道进行氦质谱真空检漏。
Introduces mainly the welding/forming process of the liner of sub-cabin of an escape capsule and its leakage detection, including the selection of welding materials and technique to use, process specifications and welding parameters. Circulating water-cooling system was used to improve the cooling intensity of weld crater and expedite the heat dissipation rate so as to avoid heat checks. In the welding process all the members to weld together were fastened rigidly to protect the welded liner from integual distortion. Based on the principle of forming the liner, some special process technologies are used such as the roll forming of hollow fluid passage in which the moulding sand was filled before. With an ancillary evacuation system provided, leakage detection was conducted for longer fluid passage with a helium mass spectrometer.
