摘要
针对42MnMo7钢冷拔厚壁管存在内表面横裂纹问题,分析了其产生的原因。通过改进中间退火和冷拔管工艺,厚壁管内横裂缺陷得到基本消除。
The causes for inner transversal cracks of cold-drawing heavy wall pipe of 42MnMo7 steel were analyzed.Therefore, through the improving measures of the annealing and cold-drawing technique, the inner transversal cracks of heavy wall pipe were eliminated.
