水工监测工作中存在的主要问题及其对策

水工监测工作是确保大坝长期安全运行的重要手段。目前水电站大坝安全监测工作中,存在着观测设施陈旧,自动化程度不高,观测资料分析深度广度缺乏全面性和系统性,施工单位在首次蓄水期间未能及时建立监测设施,运行管理单位监测队伍不稳定等现象。针对上述情况,必须强化日常观测管理,重视监测设施和仪器设备保养和维护,积极稳妥推进大坝安全监测系统自动化建设,重视计算机在大坝安全管理工作中的应用,全面系统地开展水工观测资料综合分析,强调设计、施工和运行单位加强自身行为管理,从而实现大坝安全监测工作全过程管理,使安全监测工作真正起到耳目作用。

Dam monitoring plays a key role in ensuring dam safety operation during a long time. There have been some problems currently such as obsolete observation instruments, lower level in automation, being short of overall and systematic analysis on observational data and not founding dam monitoring equipment during initial impoundment in time. To promote setup of dam safety monitoring automation system actively and steadily, we must pay attention to strengthen the everyday management on observation, the maintenance of monitoring establishment and instruments and the application of computer.
