摘要
Sponsored by the UN and China,Hangzhou Regional Center for SHP (HRC) aims at promoting the SHP development in the world. China has most SHP stations and has gained much experience in SHP development. In order to disseminate SHP teehnology, HRC has already held with success 34 training workshops for 580 participants from 60 countries.
