摘要 Emotions are running high in this country, a fact that hasbeen much commented upon since 9/11. For those of usnavigating the changed landscape of the jewelry industry,emotions are a promising opportunity for marketing in thischallenging environment. Here, we explore how fine re-tailers are taking advantage of, or sometimes missing, thispowerful way to connect with customers.
