对包钢连铸大包滑动水口影响生产的问题进行了分析 ,找出了影响水口正常工作的主要原因 ,同时对于问题的解决提出了可行的方案 ,通过实践取得了良好的效果。另外 ,通过对水口液压缸的改造 。

Through analyzing the problems of ladle slide gate of CCM of Baogang influencing production and finding out the main causes of them, the corresponding measures are put forward, and the result has been proved through practice. In addition, a plan for usage of a new type hydraulic cylinder is provided.
