The Strategy of Mineral Resources on Developed Countries

综述了世界及发达国家主要矿产资源的分布状况,加强矿产品战略储备是世界发达国家的选择,以美国、加拿大、日本、英国为代表的西方发达国家,一直努力实施全球资源战略,鼓励本国公司到海外勘探开发矿产资源。其目的就是为了优化资源配置,获取廉价、优质的矿产资源,扩大对全球资源的控制能力,保证本国资源需求,确保国家经济安全。

In this paper main mineral resources distribution is described in the world and developed countries. Developed countries, for typical example, The Unite State, Canada, Japan, and England, are enforcing strategy reserves of mineral resources. The have been implementing global resource strategy, and have encouraged that enterprises explore and mine in mining industry in other countries. The purpose to do so is that realizing better resource structure, obtaining cheap and good resources, controlling global resources, to guarantee resource necessary and economic safe in the mineral resources.
