死刑的存废是一个古老但历来颇受世人关注的话题。本文通过对中国死刑现状的分析暨死刑存置理论根据的质疑,认为,死刑废止虽然是世界潮流,但中国的死刑废止是一个漫长而曲折的过程,不可能一蹴而就。

The existing and abolishing of death penalty is an old and cocerned topic.By analysing the present situation of death penalty in China and questioning the basis of the existing theery of death penalty,the thesis aryues that although it is the world's tide to abolish the death penalty,it has a long way to go in China.
