摘要
城市土地置换开发会产生增值收益。以兰州市南河道周边土地置换开发项目为依据,对城市土地置换开发收益的构成和收益方式进行了研究,并探讨土地置换增值收益在理论上及现实中的分配关系,为我国城市土地置换的合理进行提供了参考。
Displacement and development of city land can bring added value. This paper analyzes in detail the composition of the income from displacement and dev elopment of city land and the way to share the income, based on the displacement and development of the land by southern canal of Lanzhou City. The paper also d iscusses theoretical sharing method and real sharing relationship of the income for the purpose of providing useful references for reasonable displacement of ci ty land in our country.
