Establish Computerized Project Management Platform to Realize Enterprise's Computerized Management

信息化和智能化是西部地区经济、社会和资源环境可持续发展的必由途径。就勘察设计行业企事业单位项目管理现状及其目前存在的一些问题,结合国家产业政策和ISO9001质量管理体系要求,提出了建立项目信息化管理平台的构想,并论述了在勘察设计行业实施信息化项目管理的目的意义、必要性、重要性和可行性。尔后,论述了项目信息化管理系统的开发基本构架,主要内容和优点等等。通过调研论证,该系统开发低投入、高回报,具备广阔的应用推广前景。

Making management informationalized and intelligent is an important app roach to the sustainable development of economy, society and resources in the we stern regions of China. Starting with a description of the current state of the project management in the enterprise of prospecting and design and the problems, this paper presents a concept of establishing a project management platform, an d discusses the meaning, necessity, importance and feasibility of implementing a computerized project management system in the enterprise of prospecting and des ign. It also discusses the structure of the project management system and its ma in contents and advantages as well as the prospect of the application of this sy stem.
