摘要
以Czochralski提拉法生长Mg∶Fe∶Mn∶LiNbO3单晶体 ,测量室温下的拉曼光谱 ,同纯LiNbO3晶体光谱比较发现 ,Mg∶Fe∶Mn∶LiNbO3晶体振动模的对称性、分布以及相对强度几乎不改变 .
Single Mg∶Fe∶Mn∶LiNbO 3 crystals were grown by Czochralski technique. Raman spectra were measured at room temperature. It found that the symmetry, distribution and relative intensities of the vibration modes show few changes, as compared to the results of pure LiNbO 3 crystals.
