The Application of Laser Fabricating Metal Components in Mould Manufacturing

摘要 快速原型制造技术(RP)可以根据三维CAD图形直接制造出具有复杂内部结构的工件,简化了产品工艺过程,大大节约了产品成本,提高了产品的生产效率。激光成形金属零件技术可以直接或间接制造出全密度、接近无需加工的产品,适合用于模具快速成形制造。介绍了激光熔覆成形和激光烧结的原理及工艺过程,并探讨了提高激光成形质量的一些措施。 Rapid prototyping technique is capable of producing prototypes of very complex internalshapes directly from three-dimensional CAD software and simplifying the process of the productsand saving the cost of the production and increasing the efficiency of the production. Laser fabricat-ing metal component technique can be directly or indirectly used to shape compacted net shapingcomponents, suitable for fast fabricating of moulds. The principles and processes of laser claddingfabricating metal components and selective laser sintering are thoroughly discussed. Some methodsto improve the fabricating properties are discussed.
