摘要
基于矢量控制原理,介绍永磁同步电机参数测量的一种新方法.该方法借助于同步伺服系统实现电机相关参数的测量,不需要特殊的仪器,也没有特别的测试要求,适用于永磁同步电机参数的现场测量.利用矢量控制情况下电机启动制动过程中速度的线性变化过程,测量电机转子的转动惯量,为电机控制系统的数学建模与仿真分析奠定基础.
With the help of the synchronous servo system, a new method was presented for measurement of parameters for permanent magnetic synchronous motors based on the field-oriented vector control principle. According to the linear variation of the velocity of motors during their starting and breaking processes, the rotational inertia of motors was measured under the condition of vector control, providing a basis for modeling and simulation of the motor control system. Without requirement of special instruments and conditions for measurement, the method is suitable for field measurement of permanent magnetic synchronous motors.
