摘要 在内径φ27mm的石英流化床中对铁矿粉进行低温附碳和高温还原的实验,通过对附碳矿粉及其还原样品的物检分析,不仅对矿粉还原过程中的形貌和成分的变化有了深刻的认识,进一步了解了还原反应进行的形式及内部结构的变化,以及所得附碳矿粉还原防粘的机理,为以后的扩大实验提供了依据。 A series of experiments on adhesion of carbon in low temperature and reduction of iron ore powders in high temperature has been done in a fluidized bed of 27 mm ID. By means of phase analysis, not only thc morphology and composition change, but also the mechanism of carbon adhesion and reduction of iron ore as well as corresponding change of internal structure have been investigated during the process of carbon adhesion and reduction of iron ore. Consequently, an explanation has been put forward demonstrating the mechanism for preventing iron ore powders from sticking. These experiments provide a foundation for scale-up.
