摘要
利用热力学参变数状态图、化学反应等温方程式进行热力学计算,分析了炼钢过程中各种金属氧化物。实现直接合金化的热力学可能性;并应用液—液反应动力学,讨论了动力学的可行性,为直接合金化工业应用提供了理论依据。在此基础上,在青钢电弧炉车间进行了批量生产,钢号命中率100%,元素回收率>95%。理论分析与实际生产相一致。
In this paper, the possibility of readjustment of alloy steel composition by direct reduction of oxide ore is considered by thermodynamic diagram and isothermal equation. The kinetic possibility is also discussed by liquid-liquid reaction kinetics. A theoretical reference is raised for direct alloying. Based on the mentioned above, a batch production has been made on are furnace at Qingdao Iron & steel Plant. The hit rate of the production is 100%, element recovery ratio is>95%. The theoretical analysis is coincident with real production data.
