摘要 介绍一种钢水连续测温新技术,即采用金属陶瓷外套管与双铂铑热电偶组成连续测温热电偶,具有耐高温钢液熔蚀、抗热震、耐冲刷、不粘钢、精度高等良好性能,适用于连铸中间包、钢包精炼炉中钢水连续测温。 This article presents a new technique of the continuous measurement of liquid steel tem perature. This technique consists of a metallic ceramic outer sleeve and a dual platinumrhodium thermocouple. This new instrument is more suitable for continually measuring temperature of liquid steel in the tundish for continuous casting and in the ladle refining furnace owing to its high temperature liquid steel erosion prevention, thermal shock protection, washout resistance, free of hot metal sticking and high measuring accuracy.
