摘要
启蒙运动后法国民众教育的发展在相当长的时间里滞后于启蒙思想的传播。本文对大革命前后法国的民众教育观进行了分析,认为社会统治阶层出于社会控制而为广大民众设计了有限的教育,而几乎静态的社会经济结构和政治结构也影响了民众对教育的兴趣和对平等教育机会的争取。
The development of popular education in France was lagging behind for a rather long period of time after the Enlightenment. This paper, based on an analysis of the attitudes in France toward popular education during the revolution around the year 1800, argues that the ruling class offered a mode of limited popular education for the sake of social control, and the nearly static socioeconomic and political structure affected people's enthusiasms for schooling and endeavors for equal chances of education.
