桂畔海排涝站机组起动计算

摘要 起动前水泵和流道均充满水的大型卧式轴流泵,一般是在拍门关闭、检修闸门开启的情况下起动的,这种起动方式有可能使电动机超载甚至无法起动,因此,提出了起动前关闭检修闸门、吊起拍门的另一种起动方法,使水泵机组能够比较顺利起动。针对桂畔海排涝站的具体实例,求得1600ZWB-7.3-3.4型轴流泵 0°时不同转速的通用性能曲线,并结合动量矩定理,对机组整个起动过程进行了计算。 The large scale horizontal axial-flow pump filled with water in pump and passage be- fore starting is generally started at the condition of the flap-valve closed and the testing gate opened. The motor will probably over loaded or even can not be started in this case. Therefore,a new starting method of the testing gate closed and the flap-valve lifted before starting is produced and the pump unit can be smoothly started in this way. The general characteristic curves of the 1600 ZWB-7. 3--3. 4 axi- al--flow pump in 0° open angle and different runing speeds are gained by a case study of the Guipanhai waterlogging control pumping station. The whole starting process of the unit is also calculated by using of the principle of the moment of momentum.
