摘要
为了使灌区建设上等级标准确立严格地依据现有条件和科学、实用、可行的原则,通过分析讨论浙江省灌区的特点,对灌区的配套老化失修程度给出了定量描述,结合具体实情建立了浙江省灌区的物理模型:平原河网型和丘陵山区型,并分别提出了各类灌区建设上等级的衡量指标体系。
A scientific and practical and feasible principle based on the current condition should be determined in order to reach the qualification standard of irrigation district construction. A quantitative identification of the hydraulic engineering structures aging in an irrigation district has been given by the analysis of the existing irrigation districts properties in zhejiarg phovince. The physical models of the plain river network and the hilly and mountain arcac in zhejiang province irrigation districts have been eastablished based on ehe practical conditions, the factor system for classifying the irrigation dis- tricts has been presented in this paper.
