摘要
本文结合《东莞理工学院学报》创刊号编辑出版的实践,对新兴地方高校学报的编辑特色进行了探讨。文章首先对新兴地方高校诞生的背景、办学指导思想、办学方针及办学模式进行分析研究,并概述了新兴地方高校的特点。在此基础上作者对新兴地方高校学报进行了剖析,认为新兴地方高校学报具有明显的“地方性”、“应用性”、“实效性”、“国际性”等特色;只要办出新兴地方高校学报的特色,那么新兴地方高校学报在全国高校学报界就有生命力和立足之地。
This paper explores editorial characteristics on the journal of a newly-built local institute, which is combined with the practice of the edition and publication of first number of 《Journal of Dongguan Institute of Technology》. Firstly, this paper researches on the background of the birth of the newly-built local institute, on the guiding ideology, the principle and model for running a school, and also outlines the characteristics of the newly-built local institute. Secondly, the author analyzes the journal characteristics of the newly-built local institute, thinking that it should possess obvious characteristics of localization, applicability, efficiency and internationalization.As long as journals of the newly-built local institutes can be runned with their own characteristics, they will be full of vitality and have a standpoint in the journal circles throughout the country.
