三氮唑核苷、中药治疗流行性腮腺炎的效果观察

Treating epidemic parotitis with ribavirin and Chinese herbs

采用三氮唑核苷、中药和二者联合应用治疗流行性腮腺炎１１６例，结果三组平均退热时间（ｈ）分别为４０．０４±６．３８、３４．６２±３．６４、１８．２７±４．２１，消肿时间（ｈ）为７３．２２±４．８４、７２．３１±６．２１、４７．５６±８．１０，发现三氮唑核苷与中药治疗流行性腮腺炎在退热、消肿方面差异无显著性，而二种药物联合应用则比单用任何一种为优，差异有高度显著性，提示三氮唑核苷和本中药方有协同抗腮腺炎病毒的作用，加强了抗毒能力，缩短了退热、消肿时间，促进了病情的恢复。对三氮唑核苷的作用机理作了讨论。

ibavirin,Chinese herbs and their combination were used to treat one hundred andsixtcen patients with epidemic parotitis respectively. Results showed that the average timethe fever took to abate was 40.04±6.38, 34.62± 3.64 and 18.27±4.21 respectively, the av-erage time the swelling took to subside was 73.22 ±4.84, 72.3 1 ±6.21 , 47.56 ± 8.16respectively. So these indicated that there was no obvious difference either treating epidem-ic parotitis with ribavirin or with Chinese herbs with respect to the times the fever took tosettle and the swelling took to subside. But the effect of their combination was better thaneach onthein owm; the difference was obvious. It was found that ribavirin combined withthis prescription of Chinese herbs could resist epidemic parotitis virus and strengthen theiranti-viral ability and shorten the duration of fever and swelling.It also discussed the func-tional mechanism of ribavirin.
