摘要
测定正常妊娠各期孕产妇血液中Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ的含量，并与非孕妇及取脐血１０份、有妊娠合并症者１６份作对比分析，结果提示，妊娠１个月后，Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ含量开始下降，足月时最低；Ｃｕ则先升后降；Ｃａ稍升高，足月时最高；Ｍｇ亦逐渐升高。
he Contents of five trace elements(Fe. Zn.Cu.Ca.Mg)in the bllod of 115
normalpregnant women and 50 cases of healthy non-pregnant women as control were
determinedand verified statisticlly that the Fe.Zn,content of pregnant women in full term were
lessthat those of non-pregnant women,but the Cu. Ca. Mg were higher than those non-preg-nant
women,Since pregnant women need more nutriments including trace elements it in-vestigated
the changes in trace elements during pregnancy so as to be able to instruct suita-ble nutriment
for the health of babies.
