摘要 采用动态吸附法制备硫酸沙丁胺醇药物-树脂复合物,再通过液体球形结聚技术制备缓释微球,考察了骨架材料、附加剂的种类和用量对微球体外释放行为的影响;并对释放机理进行探讨,结果表明微球的体外释放符合Higuchi方程。 Salbutamol sulfate-resinate complex was prepared using dynamic adsorption. Thecomplex was then madeinto sustained-release microspheres with the technology of spherical crystallization.The influencesof different kinds and volumes of matrix and excipients on the in vitro release behavior of drugs as well as the release mechanism were examined. The results showed that the drug release from the microspheres matched with the Higuchi equation.
