盐酸小檗碱微囊的制备及溶出度测定

Preparation and Dissolution of Berberine Hydrochloride Microcapsules

以聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅳ为囊材,采用液中干燥法制备盐酸小檗碱微囊,以药物的溶出度试验评价药物在不同pH介质中的溶出情况。结果表明,盐酸小檗碱微囊在水中几乎不溶出,而在酸性介质(pH1.0～3.0)中,则快速溶出。

The dissolution of berberine hydrochloride microcapsules prepared by the solvent evaporation tech- nique using polyacrylic resin Ⅳ as coating material was investigated with the method of Ch.P..The result showed that the prepared microcapules were sparely solublein water, and quickly released in pH 1.0～3.0 solution.
