布洛芬愈创木酚酯及有关物质的HPLC测定

Determination of Ibuprofen Guaiacol Ester and Its Related Substances by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定布洛芬愈创木酚酯的含量及有关物质。采用SpherisorbC18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水-乙酸(79∶20∶1),流速1ml/min,检测波长223nm。布洛芬愈创木酚酯在2.5～200μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率99.1%,检测限为5ng。

AHPLCmethod for determination of ibuprofen guaiacolester and itsrelatedsubstanceswasestablished. A Spherisorb C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid (79∶20∶1) at the detection wavelength of 223nm. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The calibration curve of ibuprofen guaiacol ester was linear in the concentration range of 2.5～200μg/ml (r=0.9998). The average recovery was 99.1%. The detection limitwas 5ng.
