摘要
建立了一种用高效液相色谱测定氟环唑的定量分析方法。采用C18HPLC色谱柱,以乙腈/水(85/15)为流动相,选择205nm为检测波长进行检测。结果表明本方法的标准偏差为0.14%,变异系数为0.16%,相关系数γ为0.9996,平均回收率为99.91%。
A quantitative HPLC procedure for epoxiconazole analysis was established using a C18 HPLC column,acetonitrile/water (85/15) as the mobile phase, and determination at 205 nm. The method gave a standard deviation of0.14%, a coefficient of variation of 0.16%, a correlation coefficient of 0.9996, and an average recovery of 99.9%.
