6种杀菌剂对黄瓜霜霉病的田间药效比较 被引量:3

摘要 为了解当前防治黄瓜霜霉病的6种主要杀菌剂的实际防效,在长沙县黄兴镇无公害蔬菜生产基地进行了田间药效试验。试验按随机排列,在黄瓜霜霉病始盛期首次喷药,以后每隔7d施药1次,共施3次。末次施药后7d和14d分别调查发病情况。结果表明,72%霜脲氰.代森锰锌(杜邦克露72WP)、53%甲霜灵锰锌(金雷多米尔锰锌53WP)对黄瓜霜霉病速效性好、药效持久且安全性好,末次药后14d防效在70%以上,适合在无公害蔬菜生产基地推广使用。75%百菌清(达科宁75WP)持效性差。58%甲霜灵锰锌效果欠佳。 Field experiments were conducted in the pollution-free vegetable production base of Changsha County inthe town of Huangxing to compare cucumber downy mildew (caused by Pseudoperonospora cubensis) control by siximportant fungicides. The experiment was arranged in a randomized design. Treatments were begun when powderymildew was growing vigorously, with follow-up treatments at 7-d intervals and a total of 3 treatments. Diseaseincidence was evaluated 7 and 14 d after the last treatment. Curzate 72WP and Golden Ridomil-MZ 53WP providedthe most effective rapid control, the longest residual, and the best crop safety, with >70% control at 14 d aftertreatment, indicating their suitability for widespread use in a pollution-free vegetable production base. DacoTech75WP provided poor residual control. Metalaxyl-MZ 58WP provided insufficient control.
