摘要
在实际的气 /固两相流应用中 ,对于最高固相浓度较低场合 ,需对量程做调整 ,而由于受传感器绝缘管壁的影响 ,其量程变化与固相含率并非为线性 ,采用求解管壁和内腔电容的方法可实现对系统量程的调整。另外对系统零点的跟踪 ,在传感器少量磨损的情况下可实现对系统测量的局部修正以提高系统检测精度 ,仿真实验表明 :利用系统零点的跟踪数据提高电容检测精度具有一定的效果 ,同时可利用相隔
The measurement range of the system should be readjusted according to the max flowrate of powder is lower when it is applied in gas/solid measuring,but the relation between measurement range and powder flow rate is nonlinear due to the wall of transducer.By solving the wall and inner capacitance of transducer filled with gas,the system measurement range can be readjusted.Furthermore,the measurement can be improved partially with detecting the system zero point changing under some transducer wall's abrasion.The simulation results show that adopting the zero point changing data can improve the measuring precision of inter-electrode capacitance,and the data between every other electrode can be used for the demand indicator for system recalibration.
