摘要
除包括产品装配模型外 ,当装配场景引入装配工艺、工装乃至工人作业模型时 ,产品装配仿真若继续保证较理想的可视化效果 ,对仿真实现算法、尤其是装配过程显示算法的运算效率提出了更高的要求。本文拟对在这种虚拟的集成环境中开展装配仿真的过程显示算法的专门研究 ,提出了基于向量的过程插补算法。首先 ,引入工作空间和元件空间等概念 ,提出用元件空间表示元件在运动中的位置 ,以此作为建立算法的基础和依托 ;接着 ,介绍基于向量的过程插补算法的核心———元件空间的位置和坐标轴向的插补方法及元件的空间变换算式 ;然后 ,简述此算法在自行开发的飞机装配型架CAD(FixCAD)系统中的实现以及在飞机装配过程仿真中的应用 ;最后 ,总结本算法的特点。
We study assembly display algorithm in assembly simulation, and present a new algorithm, called procedure-interpolated algorithm (PIA), based on vector operations. Firstly, the working coordinate system (WCS) and component coordinate systems (CCS) are defined as the basis of creating the algorithm, and a CCS is used to describe the position and orientation of a component. Secondly, the procedure-interpolated algorithm that compute all the CCSs in a given assembly path is proposed and the method of transforming a component from the current CCS into the WCS is created. Thirdly, the implementation and application of the proposed algorithm are illustrated. Finally, the characteristics of PIA are concluded.
