摘要 详细研究了合成胍基乙酸的方法 ,在优化合成条件的基础上 ,提出了最佳工艺条件 :中和反应n盐酸胍∶n氢氧化钠=1∶1,反应温度为 2 0℃ ,反应时间为 1h ;N -烷基化反应 :以盐酸胍 1mol计 ,n氯乙酸∶n50 %氢氧化钠 =0 95~ 0 98∶1,反应温度为 35~ 4 0℃ ,采用分批加料 ,保温时间为 2 4h。 One synthesis method of clycocyamine was introduced in detail.Some factors influencing the reaction were discussed.The optimum conditions of clycocyamine were recovered as follows: Guanidine Hydrochloride to Sodium Hydroxide is 1∶1; reaction temperature and time of the first step are 10℃ and 1h;and Guanidine Hydrochloride to Chloracetic acid and 50%Sodium Hydroxide are 1∶0.95~0.98∶1;N-alkylation temperature is 35~40℃;the mixtures are added in batches then stand at 40℃ for 24h.
