摘要
本研究在已取得的小麦薄层干燥特性曲线的基础上,探讨指数模型,分析小麦的干燥机理,建立小麦的平衡含水率,干燥常数的计算公式。按照物料、气流间的水分传递规律,建立并推导了质平衡方程,获得了反映小麦干燥过程的多项无因次及有因次计算公式。
On the basis of the already achieved wheat thin layer drying characteristic curve,this paper discussed wheat thin layer drying exponential model and drying constant K formula by regressive calculation, pointed out that drying process should be divided into two phases according to periods with two different K. The paper also established wheat e-quilibrium moisture content model,set concept of dynamic equilibrium content,conducted nondimensional formulae and transferring method between nondimensional and dimensional formulae, and therefore a formula of water content, drying speed and mean change affected by air condition and drying speed at different layers in wheat drying process was calculated.
