摘要
目前籽西瓜的生产主要是以收取瓜籽为目的,这不仅造成很大的浪费,而且其废弃物还污染了环境。因此,其综合加工利用是一项急待解决的课题。在籽西瓜综合加工利用中,挖瓤工序是一个薄弱环节,现大多采用手工完成。作者根据共轭切削原理设计出新型挖瓤机,具有高效、工作平稳、机械化程度高等特点,每小时可处理6000kg籽西瓜,为手工挖瓤工效的12倍。
Seed water melon is a special local product in Gansu Province. Today only the seeds are extracted while the rest of the melon is discarded. This not only produces an enormous amount of waste,but also pollutes the environment,so it is necessary to extend a comprehensive utilization of this product. Every part of the melon is useful. The seeds are sold as a popular food,the juice is canned as a medical beverage,the pressed pulp is the base for preserves and the rind is dried and sold as a traditional Chinese medicine.In order to utilize the melon pulp to develop a kind of efficient removing pulp machine is needed. According to the theory of conjugate cut,we have designed a modern removing pulp machine. Its conjugate motion depended on worm drive. The rotation of cutting tools was made by bevel-gear planetary train. A cam and fourbar linkage supplied melons continuously. The machine was efficient, smooth running with a high degree of mechanization. About 6000 kg of melon can be proccessed per hour,which was about 12 times over that of manual productivity.
