通过对安全事故的“人、管、物、环” 4种形成条件和 5个要素的分析 ,提出斩断它们之间联系的一系列办法 ,建立健全管理制度 ,加强安全设施建设 ,提高应对突发事故的能力 ,在确保安全高效生产中发挥关键作用。

Based on analyzing the conditions of an sccident—persons activity,object & working tools,geological environment and management,the composing factors of an mining accident—loss,unforeseen,injury,direct cause and indirect cause are discussed.It is clear that the management is essential and dominant in avoiding any accident.
