探讨我国“入世”和西部大开发的信息形势和信息安全保障任务,指出为保障今后网上信息安全我们应尽的义务。
The information situation and infosec insurance tasks of our country after WTO -in and during the Great Western Developing are discussed, and our duty is pointed out, in order to ensure hereafter infosec on network(s).
