摘要
介绍一种高识别率的静止图像车牌识别系统的实现方法.并提出一个由图像处理、图像分割、字符识别等组成的静止图像车牌识别系统的工作原理与设计方案.应用MATLAB语言编程实现了该识别系统的仿真,仿真结果表明该方法是行之有效的.
A high recognition rate expressway license plate recognition system (CLPRS) is introduced in this paper. We propose the operating principles and the design scheme of the car license plate recognition system which consists of image processing, image segmentation. We used MATLAB to achieve simulation of the processing. The results express that this means is effectual. '
