摘要
通过对长春-40及迪尔安全驾驶室框架进行有限元计算,得到了不同载荷作用下框架的变形和应力分布,分析了驾驶室的强度和刚度,并对框架进行了试验研究,验证了理论计算结果。
In this paper, through carrying out finite element computation to the safety cab frame produced by Changchun Tractor Factory, deformation and stress distribution of the safety cab frame under the action of the different loads are obtained. Strength and stiffness of the safety cab frame are analyzed and estimated. A good agreement is shown through comparing the predicted results computed by finite element method with the measured ones. The above studies are valuable for strength and stiffness design of tractor safety cabs.
