摘要
为增强机耕船船体的耐磨、抗蚀能力,提高其服役寿命,对船体采用大面积热喷涂强化处理技术进行了试验研究。着重试验研究了耐磨、抗蚀涂层材料的设计配制、性能优选和喷涂工艺参数的选定。将所喷涂后的船体经田间试验,证明般体耐磨性提高了2~3倍。该研究结果,亦适用于一般大面积耐磨、抗蚀涂层的热喷涂处理。
To strengthen the wear and corrosion lesistance of the hull of P. F. T. and improve its service life, the hull's thermal-spraying layers were studied by tests and analysis. The study was focused on the layer's composition design, tribological properties, and spraying process parameters for wear and. corrosion resistance. At last applying the results obtained by study to the real P. F. T., the field checking-up test of the real hull proves that service life improved 2-3 times.
