局部应力应变法的损伤式选取与高周疲劳应用

THE CHOICE OF THE FORMULAE FOR DAMAGE IN LOCAL STRESS STRAIN ANALYSIS AND THE APPLICATION OF THE HIGH CYCLE FATIGUE

通过ZG35和40Cr两种钢的应变疲劳试验,对莫罗(J.Morrow)、兰德格拉夫(R.W.landgraf)损伤式以及道林(N.E.Dowling)塑性应变分量和弹性应变分量为损伤参量的4个损伤公式进行研究,为局都应力应变分析法推荐了最佳的损伤公式,得到一些重要结论,并将其应用于EQ140车架,获得了满意的精度。

The fatigue strain of ZG35 and 40Cr steel are tested in this paper. The strain life curves and the parameter of the strain fatigue are obtained. Four formulae of damage given by J. Morrow, R. W. Landgraf and N. E. Dowling are studied. Several effective formulae of damage in local stress strain analysis are presented and some important conclusions are obtained. These conclusions are applied to automotive framework EQ140. The results show that the accuracy is satisfactory.
