摘要
研究了非离子表面活性剂 甲醇复合体系的界面活性、抗稀释性、稳定性和抗盐性。结果表明 ,甲醇对体系起到协同作用 ,复合体系不需任何碱剂 ,在表面活性剂和甲醇较宽使用浓度范围内 ,可与大庆原油形成超低界面张力 ;复合体系稀释到原浓度的 30 %后仍能与原油形成超低界面张力 ;在模拟地层条件下 ,复合体系放置 2 8d内可保持超低界面张力 ;在矿化度为 2 0 0 0~ 10 0 0 0mg/L范围内 ,均可形成超低界面张力 ,最佳矿化度为 5 0 0 0mg/L。
The interfacial activity,anti-dilution property,anti-salt property and stability of non-ionic surfactant-methanol mixed system have been studied. The research results have shown that the mixed system can produce ultra low interfacial tensions(10 -3 mN/m order) with Daqing crude oil within a wider range of surfactant and methanol concentration, not adding any alkali to the system, but depending on synergism of methanol; it can produce ultra low interfacial tensions with Daqing crude oil after it is diluted to reach 30% of initial concentration; it can retain ultra low interfacial tensions with Daqing crude oil during 28 days when it is placed at simulated conditions of formation, and it can produce ultra low interfacial tensions with Daqing crude oil within salinity range from 2 000 mg/L to 10 000 mg/L,optimum salinity is 5 000 mg/L.
