摘要
针对现行的减速器优化设计 ,不考虑设计参数的随机性与模糊性的不足之处 ,提出将模糊可靠性设计引入到减速器优化设计中。在一般优化设计方法的基础上 ,建立摆线针轮行星减速器模糊可靠性优化设计的数学模型 。
In current optimal design of speed reducer the randomness and the fuzziness of the parameters are not considered. Put forward against this shortage this paper suggests to introduce the fuzzy reliability design to the optimal design of speed reducer. In order to raise design level of gear reducer this paper introduces a design procedure, based upon the cycloidal pinwheel planetary gear speed reducer as an example. The method combines reliability design and optimization design, using mathematical fuzzy theory to consider the randomness and fuzziness of design parameters, thus enabling an optimum solution, more close to the practics. On the basis of general optimal design method,this paper builds up the mathmatics model of the fuzzy reliability optimal design of cycloidal pinwheel palnetary gear speed reducer. What's more,it has make analysis and computation due to the example.
