Promotion of Reprogramming by MPF on Donor Nuclei of Cloned Embryos

摘要 成熟促进因子 (maturationpromotingfactor,MPF)由催化亚单位P34cdc2 和调节亚单位cyclin组成 ,对细胞周期的调控起着重要作用。目前 ,在核移植研究中发现 :供体核在MPF的作用下发生核膜破裂 (nuclearenvelopbreakdown ,NEBD)和早熟染色体凝集 (prematurechromosomecondensation ,PCC) ,促进了核、质蛋白质因子的交换 ,有利于核重编程的进行。 MPF(maturation of promoting factor), which is consisted of catalytic domain P34^(cdc2) and regulative domain cyclin, plays a crucial role on the regulation of cell cycle. In cloned embryos, MPF induces NEBD(nuclear envelop breakdown) and PCC(premature chromosome condensation), which promote the exchange of protein factors between donor nuclei and enucleated oocytes, that favor the reprogramming of donor nuclei. PCC also affects the ploidy and karyotype.
