摘要
为比较不同品质饲料在鸡空肠的肽类释放量及其对门脉血浆肽量的影响,进一步探讨造成不同品质饲料氨基酸利用率差异的原因,给试鸡强饲4种单一原料鱼粉、豆粕、棉粕和菜粕,在强饲后6h采集空肠食糜和门脉血液,测定总氨基酸(TAA)和游离氨基酸(FAA)含量,计算肽氨基酸(PAA)含量。结果表明:鱼粉、豆粕组空肠食糜和血浆PAA含量均显著高于棉粕、菜粕组(P<0.01)。
Fish meal, cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal were force-fed to chickens to investigate peptide releasing characteristics of different feeds and their effects on portal PAA content. Jejunal chyme and portal blood were collected at 6 h after force-fed. TAA and FAA in chyme and plasma were determined, and PAA amount and PAA/TAA were calculated. The results showed that PAA contents in jejunal chyme and portal plasma were both higher in fish meal and soybean meal groups than in cotton meal and rapeseed meal groups.
