摘要
从考察目前我国航海通告编制作业流程入手,分析、总结出其中所需要解决的各种辅助计算问题,并在此基础上探讨了通过软件的方法设计和实现这些计算功能的关键技术。由此提高了制作航海通告的效率和质量。
This paper analyses and summarises the problems needed to be solved in different aided calculation for the compilation of notice to mariners based on the review of the current process in China,and therefore it discusses the key technique of designing and realizing these calculation functions of the software.The efficiency and quality are improved with this aided calculation software.
