摘要
以自制的高纯γ Al2 O3 为载体 ,用双浸渍法制备了不同Pd/Cu比的Pd Cu/γ Al2 O3 催化剂 ,在间歇式反应器中直接处理含硝酸盐废水 .结果表明 ,利用不同Pd/Cu比的Pd Cu/γ Al2 O3 催化剂及Pd Cu Pt/γ Al2 O3 催化剂 ,同时用甲酸为 pH调节剂 ,在适合的条件下 ,于 4 0min内就能达到脱除硝酸盐的目的 ,氮脱除率可达 95 % .这有可能发展成为一项有效和实用的水处理技术 ,特别是在以地下水作为饮用水源的农村地区 .
The supported Pd-Cu/ γ-Al 2O 3 catalyst was prepared by double impregnation and was evluated with reduction of nitrate and nitrite in water in a batch reactor under atmospheric pressure and at room temperature. The results demonstrated that the Pd-Cu/ γ-Al 2O 3 catalyst with different Pd/Cu ratios and the Pd-Cu-Pt/ γ-Al 2O 3 could effectively remove nitrate in 40 min. The total removal efficiency was 95%. The catalytic selective reduction is a promising method for the removal of nitrate, especially for the small-scale application in the rural area.
