摘要
对72个玉米杂交种的百粒重、出籽率、穗行数、行粒数、穗长、穗粗、秃尖等7个农艺性状与单株产量的相关和通径分析结果表明,对产量作用最大的是穗粗(r=0.788 2,p=0.452 6),与产量呈极显著正相关;其次是百粒重(r=0.729 4,p=0,370 3)、行粒数(r=0.476 4,p=0.348 0)和穗长(r=0.528 2,p=0.089 9)。性状间百粒重与穗粗(r-0.657 3)和出籽率(r=0.392 4)、穗行数与秃尖(r=0.369 0)、行粒数与穗长(r=0.703 3)之间均呈极显著正相关。认为在高原玉米育种工作中,增大穗粗,提高百粒重和行粒数并注重其他性状的选择,是获得高原玉米高产的科学有效办法。
The report is based on analyzing of correlation between yield per plant and the seven agronomic characters of 72 maize bybrids. The result shows that the most contribution to the yield is from ear diameter (r=0. 788 2,p = 0. 452 6) ,the following is 100-grain weight (r=0. 729 4,p = 0. 370 3) ,row-grain number (r=0. 476 4,p = 0. 348 0) and ear length (r=0. 528 2,p = 0. 089 9). The correlation valule shows highly significant differences at 1 % level between 100-grain weight and ear diameter (r=0. 657 3), 100-grain weight and shelling percentage (r = 0. 392 4),row number and bald tip length (r=0. 369 0),row grain number and ear length (r=0. 703 3).
